For over fifteen years, Bennachin has brought the authentic flavor of Central African cuisine to New Orleans diners. It's a good fit with the local palate, since many Creole dishes--jambalaya and gumbo, to name two--have their roots in African cooking and ingredients. The dishes are prepared  by people who grew up eating and cooking this food in Africa. Join us for an exotic lunch or dinner!
