The New Orleans area has never
taken up hot dogs as a specialty the way they are in New York, Chicago,
and a few other places. This place in Old Gretna, not far from the
courthouse, is attempting to fix that by turning out top-notch hot dogs
with a wide variety of toppings and sauces. To givbe it the New Orleans
