Archived Article By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published November 2, 2007 Charles Sea Foods Open In Harahan Charles Sea Foods--better known to Harahanites as "Charlie's"--has reopened for the first time since the hurricane. As is now almost always the case when storm-closed restaurants return, Charlie's has new owners, and a new menu. They're advertising the restaurant as not just a seafood place, but also a barbecue restaurant. Too early to determine its goodness, of course.
