Archived Article By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published September 15, 2008 Other Emeril Restaurants Opened Last Week Delmonico Reopens Delmonico--the oldest restaurant in Emeril Lagasse's string a eateries around the country--reopened Monday after being closed for a few minor repairs following Hurricane Gustav. The other two of the celebrity chef's restaurants--Emeril's and Nola--reopened over a week ago. Chef Spencer Minch is back in the saddle, overseeing the dry-aging of prime beefsteaks and the making of in-house charcuterie--two of the mainstays of the restaurant.
