By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published October 15, 2007 Talks About Food The Historic New Orleans Collection, a terrific resource that's half museum, half history research organization, is in the middle of a series of free lectures about New Orleans food and its current history. It's called "What’s Cooking in New Orleans?" All you need to do to attend is make a reservation (at 523-4662). The lectures are the Collection's Williams Gallery at 533 Royal. (That's also where the main exhibition at the center of these talks can be seen.) They even have discounted parking at 535 Chartres.
