Troubleshooting

First, thanks for subscribing to The New Orleans Menu Daily!

Before we get into specific problems, let's review how you can access the daily newsletter and all the other features of your subscription to our service.

1. The e-mail message you get most days is not the newsletter itself--it's just a reminder. You don't need the e-mail message to get the newsletter. The latest edition--updated several times each weekday--is always available on the web at this location:

http://www.nomenu.com/Subscriber/index.html

Click on that line above. Or type or copy it into the URL/Address line of your browser, and click GO.

2. I strongly recommend you save the Web address above as a Favorite (or Bookmark) in your browser, so you can get back to it easily with the updated edition.

3. You will need your user name and password. Both are the same word. You do not have a special user name. In most browsers, you can set it up to remember the user name and password, so you don't have to type it in every time.

Specific Problems

1.
If you can't remember the user name/password, send an e-mail message to me and I'll let you know what it is. Write me here: tomfitz@nomenu.com.

2. If the log-in screen shows up over and over, try shutting down the browser and opening it up again.

3. Make sure you type the user name/password in lowercase letters.

If all that's right, it should work. It does over here, on numerous computers. If you still have problems and have gone through all the steps above, write me an e-mail message (tomfitz@nomenu.com) and we'll work through the problem.

Tastefully yours,
Tom Fitzmorris
