Below is the only official list of who is confirmed for which dinners. Allow 24 hours after you send your reservation to give me time to post it. If you're on the list, we look forward to seeing you. If not, please contact me again here. I will still send an e-mail to you as soon as I can after you reserve.

If you need to cancel, please let me know no less than two days before the dinner. Please understand that I sometimes have to pay for no-shows out of my own pocket.

Paper-thin, homemade noodles with crabmeat and shrimp in a sauce of cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese

INSALATA
Romaine And Tomato Salad
With the house Italian dressing
Wine: Joel Gott Riesling

ENTREES
Fresh Gulf Fish Marcello
Whatever comes in that day (Joe buys great fish!), with artichokes and mushrooms with lemon butter and sherry sauce. (My own favorite dish here.)

Soft Shell Crab Peyton
Fried soft-shell crabs with crabmeat, shrimp, mushroom, and artichoke.

Pecan Smoked Filet Mignon
A substantial slice of filet of beef, smoked in house.

Veal Marianna
Baby white veal medallions with Marsala wine sauce.
Wines: Joel Gott Chardonnay or 815 Cabernet Sauvignon

They'll bring them to the table, and you pick the one (or two) you like.
Wine: Terra d'Oro Zinfandel Port

Wines will be paired with all courses. Roy Picou will be vocalizing in the bar; I will join him after the dinner.
