Archived Article By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published February 10, 2006 Click here for the current edition Bon Ton Opens For Dinner The Bon Ton Cafe, the great old Cajun restaurant in the CBD, opened for lunch a few weeks ago, promising dinner later. Later has arrived, at least a little bit. The restaurant will start serving dinner on Fridays this week. It will also be open Tuesday night next week for Velentine's Day. (Look for other restaurants not normally open for dinner on Tuesday to do so on February 14.)
