Archived Article By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published May 22, 2006 Click here for the current edition Cafe Zen Reopens One of the first and busiest sushi bars on the West Bank (every time I've been there it's been accompanied by a wait for a seat at the bar, let alone for a table), Cafe Zen reopened quietly a few weeks ago. I called there Tuesday and it sounded as if it were back up to its previous level of frenetic activity. Despite that (or perhaps because of it), the quality of the fish here is very good, much better than you might expect from a quick look at the premises.
