Fall Cooking Class At La Provence
Montha ago, when Chef Rene Bajeux was still running the kitchen of La Provence on the North Shore, he planned a series of cooking classes on weekends. Even though he's gone, his successor Randy Lewis thought the idea merited continuing.
So, the November cooking class will be this Saturday. Chef Lewis will take participants around the farm that has grown up behind the restaurant, then inside for demonstrations of dishes tuned for the holidays.
And, after that's done, we'll all sit down and have lunch of the dishes we just prepared.
