Archived Article By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published November 25, 2005 Click here for the current edition Corky's Open Again; Catering Too Sam Chawkin, the guy who opened the first branch ever of the Memphis barbecue icon Corky's in Metairie some dozen years ago, tells me that Corky's is back open again as of Monday. The entire menu of barbecue (of which I find the pulled pork and ribs particularly good) is available at the former hours, including take-out.
