By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published September , 2007 Galatoire's In Baton Rouge Plans Five Courses, Five Excellent Chilean Wines The Montes winery in Chile is a relative newcomer to these parts, but my luck with their wines has been very good. Galatoire's bought a bunch of them and is throwing a wine dinner in its Baton Rouge restaurant next week. If I didn't already have an Eat Club dinner planned for that night, I think I'd make the trek out there for this one. The dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 19. It's $85, inclusive of tax, tip, and wines.
