Identify The Mystery Menu The following menu was sent to me as a promotion for an upcoming dinner. I thought it would be a fun game to see if other avid diners could guess which restaurant sent it. The price is somewhere between $75 and $100, inclusive of beverages. One minor item on the list would give the identiy of the place away, so I changed the dish's name without making the description inaccurate. Fresh-Cut Fries with Rosemary Aioli Hog’s Head Cheese Louisiana Shrimp Mousse Summer Bouillabaisse Louisiana jumbo lump crab and shrimp in a chilled saffron broth. Warm Salad of Sautéed Snapper With oyster mushrooms, hazelnuts, and sherry vinaigrette. Whole Roasted Cap of Ribeye Steak With tomato tart, julienne green beans, and jus de viande. Berry Napoleon Mixed summer berries in puff pastry with a vanilla bean sabayon. Which restaurant do you think is offering this? Make your guess here.
