By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published April 2, 2008 Thursday, April 10; Six Courses, Six Wines Massive Wine Dinner At Keith Young's Now that Keith Young has a new wine cellar and adjacent banquet room, he's begun using them for wine dinners. These are good for any restaurant, because it makes the kitchen stretch a little and gives the more ambitious cooks a reason to live. And, of course, we get a great special occasion in the deal. The next one coming up is an evening of Keith's food and the wines of Glazer Companies. All of these wines are unusual in one way or another, although they have nothing else in common. The wines will be available for retail sale at the dinner. The price is $80, plus tax and tip--so, about $105.
