The area had a foot or two of short-term flooding, which also affected Vincent's, Austin's, and Cypress, but all of those are back now. As is Laurentino's, which is not far from being the one-man operation of Xavier Laurentino, who hails from Spain himself, and who likes to describe his paellas and other dishes in loving detail with lots of history and background.
