By Tom Fitzmorris Originally published October 2, 2008 Special Oyster Menu: Four Courses, $38 Oyster Month Again At Muriel's Now that oysters are back, Muriel's is ready to go ahead with another running of its annual oyster dinner menu. This time they're turning over some of the proceeds to the Louisiana Seafood Marketing Board. The Board is one of the organizations that's helping fishermen recover from all the problems that the weather has inflicted on them in recent years. Chef Gus Martin--who came over to Muriel's a few months ago after several years with Dickie Brennan's organization--have this four-course dinner for us, in exchange for $38 (plus tax and tip, of course).
