Like Elvis. Or Oprah. Or Johnny. That last one (I was thinking about Johnny Carson) shows that it helps to have an unusual name if you would be a one-name celebrity. I started thinking about people in the New Orleans restaurant business who are immediately identifiable by their first names, and I came up with a much longer list than I thought I would. And only a few of them--Emeril, Andrea, Tory, Horst,  Gunter and Drago come to mind--have distinctive monikers. A couple of days ago I posted a list of some other one-name figures from the local food and wine scene, and ask you to identify them. Here are the answers.
