name translates from the Italian as "the family," and that's who
they're trying to please. The menu is a colelction of the local
Creole-Italian classics, starting with the full range of pastas to a
comprehensive list of veal and chicken dishes, steaks, seafood, and one
of the best versions of osso buco around. The appetizers show the most
local flavors, with a famous version of oysters amandine, and an
eggplant cake covered with crabmeat. Prices are almost too low, even
though the kitchen uses first-class ingredients and makes everything
