It’s still a beautiful spring day outside, and more important, St. Patrick’s Day. Celebrate the luck of the Irish, (yes, we are still incredibly lucky!) by pulling up to the curb at Mandina’s tonight, where one of the specials on the limited daily menu is corned beef and cabbage.
