·Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe; not held by nomenu.com

How We Use Your Information

·To create and manage your account
·To process membership payments via Stripe
·To send the weekly newsletter (if opted in)
·To assign and display your Ciao Number
·To communicate important account or subscription updates
·To respond to support requests

If you subscribe to the weekly newsletter, your email address is used solely to deliver that newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue or by updating your preferences in your account settings. We do not sell or share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Information

All payment transactions are handled by Stripe, Inc. nomenu.com never sees, stores, or transmits your full card number, CVV, or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Cookies and Sessions

We use a secure HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information beyond a session token. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by nomenu.com. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as Google reCAPTCHA on the registration form) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).
