1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using nomenu.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Five Star members.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

Five Star membership grants access to premium content including the Food Almanac, vintage print magazine archives, and exclusive newsletters. Memberships are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles.

• ·Annual plans are paid in full at the time of purchase.
• ·No refunds or prorating are offered for any unused portion of a subscription period.
• ·To cancel, you must submit a written request by email before your next renewal date.
• ·nomenu.com reserves the right to change membership pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on nomenu.com servers. Stripe's privacy policy and terms apply to all payment transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including restaurant reviews, recipes, Food Almanac entries, newsletter archives, and magazine scans — is the original work of Tom Fitzmorris and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any content from this Site without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (printing a recipe for your own kitchen, for example) is permitted.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials to allow others to access Five Star content is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

6. Comments and User Content

By submitting a comment or review on the Site, you grant nomenu.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate that content. We reserve the right to remove any content that is abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Restaurant information — including hours, prices, and open/closed status — is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect current conditions. Always verify with the restaurant directly. nomenu.com makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nomenu.com and Tom Fitzmorris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content published here.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
