Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to step away from the show yesterday and today, and Ali Loftin was kind enough to step in. From all accounts, it seems that I need to listen to it myself. Alex Hitz was on to talk about his new book, centered around what NOT to do at a party. He is the author of several books, a former restaurateur, and a television celebrity chef. But he’s never run into the Food Show anywhere. What fun!
