Authentic Caribbean Jerk is hard to find. This will be good.

Nina Compton goes deep into her Caribbean roots this weekend with a Jerk drive-thru. Jerk anything in the Caribbean is a unique experience with unique flavors and she’s uniquely qualified to reproduce the flavors, if not the experience. Compton, Larry Miller, and Chef Levi Raines will offer Whole Hog ($15 for ½ lb.) and Chicken (½ bird for $15) as well as St. Louis -style ribs (half-rack for $15) prepared in this unusual and delicious way.  All orders come with Coco bread and special homemade Jerk sauce, as well as roasted yams.


Pick-up is this Sunday May 3rd starting at 4pm. Preorder today through Saturday 12-4m. Preorder stops on Saturday at 4pm. Payment by credit card over the phone or Venmo@BywaterAmericanBistro. Call 504-605-3827.
