The regular hosts of the Food Show have left it in capable hands this week, and Thursday was no exception. Regular substitute host Don Clement, the gourmet neighbor, graciously dropped in to chat with one of the regional supernova chefs, John Folse. Internationally known though he may be, he is “ours.” So passionate is he about his beloved Louisiana, he makes us all proud to call it home.
Don is also passionate about his culinary pursuits in his own home kitchen and out, so it was a good time.
