Pigs In Blankets @ Midway Pizza
The pizza is first-class at Midway, with a thicker crust than is the current vogue. That makes for a nice change of pace. But the dishes that excited me most here were the few appetizers, mostly made of pizza ingredients. These pigs in blankets--Italian sausage, cheese, and onions wrapped in pizza dough and baked--were much better than they sound. And were big enough to have me stuffed before the pizza came out.
