Ali Loftin came in again to complete the week of guest hosts for the Food Show. As always, it was a fun time, and the subject was again healthy eating. (We have to do this sort of thing when Tom is not there.) There was more talk of inflammation from the "Meals That Heal" author Carolyn Williams, Ph.D. RD, and Austin Sherman, owner of Big Easy Bucha stopped in for a tasting. Bucha is short for Kombucha, and if Tom heard that he’d say “God Bless You!”, which is exactly why Ali talked to him.
