Galatoire's has been running two fine special menus throughout the Coolinary promotion, and will keep them going through the Restaurant Week, which persists until September 10. It's one of the nicest of the summer specials, for a number of reasons. First, you're at Galatoire's, a well-established pleasure before you even get down to details. Second, the Coolinary dinner price is $35--a bit lower than most. Third, the luncheon version of the Coolinary is only $20 for two courses. The only difference between the lunch and dinner menus is the omission at lunch of the choices marked in ths menu with an asterisk:
