A local chain of restaurants in the youth-attractive style of places like Houston's, Chili's, and TGI Friday's, Copeland's rises above the homogenization of such places with a distinctly Creole flavor and fresh food prepared to order. Although there is the problem that many dishes share the same seasoning balances and sauces, the menu is so extensive that with some careful ordering you can avoid this. For some reason, I've found the food less consistent and the service less attentive here than at other Copeland locations.
