Hey Tom, My name is Jeremy Reilly, I am 28 and own Restaurant Cote in Slidell. I am a from scratch, creole inspired restaurant. I have almost made my 2 year mark, which for me has been a wild ride. I know you are a busy man, but I wanted to extend an invitation to you and a guest for my 10th beer pairing. I have done a beer pairing with all of the local breweries and also some from out of state. Wine pairings are a blast as well, but no one else on this side of the lake is doing anything of the sort really. So I decided to take advantage of a nitch, and so far so good. I have attached a copy of the menu and the beers I will be pairing my food with. It is a fun and very relaxing environment. Hope that you can make it to this side of the pond. Thanks for your time!
