Paladar 511 511 Marigny St., New Orleans Susan Dunn and Jack Murphy run a tiny, 25-seat pizzeria with a big reputation in San Francisco call Pizzetta 211. In the Marigny, the pair joins with Dunn's brother Ed, who has extensive experience working in New Orleans restaurants, to expand on the Pizzetta blueprint.
