This is a local restaurant with only one location, but it looks for all the world like a chain. (Maybe that’s the idea.) After a year or so of very inconsistent food, Stingray’s leveled of and now serves dishes that are not only tasty and ample but, in many cases, original in composition. That’s on a good day. On a bad day... well, good luck. It’s usually pretty busy, and the hospitality toward those interested in a table is slight.
