John Besh's pastry chef Lisa White, Domenica I hope you're having a wonderful weekend so far. I am so delighted to share the news that The Besh Restaurant Group will be opening Willa Jean on Thursday, August 6, 2015. BRG Executive Pastry Chef Kelly Fields and Pastry Chef Lisa White (of Domenica and PIZZA Domenica) are collaborators of the bakery and restaurant, which is named after Fields’ grandmother. The bakery will add a modern and elegant touch to the iconic, southern food we all know and love. Attached is the press release with more information. The Paramount represents the first phase of growth for the South Market District, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development encompassing a five-block area in the heart of downtown New Orleans.
